As the business scaled, the administrative and compliance demands of operating a foreign entity became difficult to manage. The Mexico-based team experienced recurring payroll issues, stemming from frozen business accounts that required in-person visits to resolve. Tax reporting also became more complex because of the foreign entity ownership status and a growing U.S.-based team.
