Snitcher scales global operations and triples team size with Remote

Snitcher, a B2B visitor identification platform based in the Netherlands, needed to transition from a localised team of four to a global operation. The challenge: Manual HR processes stalled global growth at $1M ARR

Two years ago, Snitcher was a team of four working out of a basement in the Netherlands. Their HR "system" consisted of a manual Notion document and an unlocked table to track leave days. As the company hit its first $1M in ARR, the leadership team realised that limiting their talent search to the Netherlands could stall their growth.
