The Workflow Canvas helps you identify gaps, prevent missed steps, and maintain consistent, compliant processes across onboarding, lifecycle changes, and contract updates as your organization grows.

To enable this, the canvas replaces list-based workflows with a visual, drag-and-drop interface that shows every trigger, condition, and action in one view. You can update workflows directly on the canvas and instantly understand the impact on downstream tasks, making it easier to standardize complex processes and manage global changes with confidence.

This feature is available to HRIS customers with Owner and SuperAdmin access. We plan to extend this to more groups and products in future

Our prompts will allow you to catch potential issues — like high-value reimbursements or coverage gaps — before they become problems. It is a simpler, more proactive way to stay on top of your management tasks, so you can focus on leading your team rather than chasing administrative details.
